Booking process

e-service endeavors to process orders with utmost efficiency. Orders are
handled in the order they are received and processed as soon as technically
feasible. If your preferred date(s) and time(s) are unavailable, we will notify
you and offer an alternative if convenient. Therefore, it is strongly
recommended that you provide us with your contact information, including your
email address and phone number, when placing your order. The price of
Book-Excursion.com e-service includes reservation and associated fees. Any
additional expenses, if applicable, are detailed in the tour description.
Tipping and gratuities are at your discretion. You may choose to tip your
driver or guide on the day of the tour. If our staff does not meet your expectations,
kindly inform us, but refrain from tipping.
Meeting Point
It is your responsibility
to arrive on time at the pre-arranged pick up point. Please find information on
exact point in each location in Important Information sector of the tour
description. With confirming your booking, you give us automatically the
permission to use your name on the welcoming board at the meeting point.
