Mandraki is one of the three harbours in Rhodes. It is famous, because it is believed that the great statue of Colossus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, once stood at the harbour entrance. Today the deer sculptures at the entrance, the St. Nicholas Fortress and a number of medieval windmills create a charming view of the harbour - Lindos
Lindos is one of the most impressive archaeological sites not only in Greece but also in the world. It has traces of different civilizations. Ancient Greek, Roman, Byzantine traditions blend here with the Medieval heritage of knights of the Order of Saint John. The visit to Lindos is like time travel via centuries and civilizations! Rhodes tour was the highlight of our Mediterranean cruise!! Dimitra is AMAZING PERSON AND EXCELLENT GUIDE. Our party of 4 ( 2 couples) is so glad we booked with Telia Tours over the tours offered by Norwegian CL It was way cheaper, our mini-group had only 11 members including us in our comfortable Mercedes Benz minibus. After the tour we met our friends on the ship, their agent booked several ship shore excursions in advance, that’s why they didn’t join us. We compared our tours and found out that our semi-private one was way better than their big group tour, saying nothing of the price they paid: they paid more but saw less, does not make any sense. They have visited only the most crowded Lindos. We have been there too, it’s worth seeing and taking some pictures, but as well we explored all the island, the castles, 7 springs, Old Town, traditional Greek house, saying nothing of wine tasting and lunch that they missed. They were happy for us, but at the same they were very disappointed to hear that missed so much. We loved Rhodes we loved their wines, we loved Dimitra and every single minute of our tour!! No doubt we really lucked out booking with Telia. One of the best tours we have ever taken.

Telia came highly recommended by our friends who had recently been on the same Mediterranean cruise. We booked and were not disappointed, the tour was perfectly structured, our guide Heidi was fabulous, her knowledge of Greek history and culture was excellent. She took us to the most beautiful castles of Rhodes and to the highlight of our tour – Embona’s wine tasting with Sula. It was simply awesome!! There were only 13 of us in our comfy minibus with Heidi and Kostas, our superb driver. I have some walking difficulties, that’s why Kostas has always found the closest parking spot especially for me. The weather was excellent too. All Telia team is brilliant I can’t praise them enough. The price of our semi private tour was half the price of that I would have paid booking with the ship. Their coaches had 50+ people. Thank you Telia, we won’t hesitate to recommend you!

I decided to book a semi private tour in Rhodes because there were 5 of us :2 parents, 2 young adults and my sister-in-law. It was really easy to book and actually less expensive than booking a shore excursion with our ship. It was the best decision we made on our Mediterranean cruise, I had several questions while booking, and contacted Telia Tours, Dimitra Papou got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Then once we arrived in Rhodes it was very easy to meet up with our excellent guide Giorgos. Our minibus was nice and clean, the group had only 2 other couples from our ship and another couple that we picked up along the route, they were from a hotel. Then we drove around all the island, while Giorgos explained what we were seeing. He patiently answered all of our questions, we had many of them because it was our first visit to Greece and Rhodes. Old Town was very crowded, but we were whisked through the crowds saving time and efforts, because we were small

Easy: You should expect only enjoyable easy walking without required climbing, jumping or running. Nevertheless, you may need to make a few steps.
