  • Kritinia Castle
If you want to find the place where fascinating history meets breathtaking beauty and dive into charm of the Greek village, this place is for you. The castle of Kritinia is built on 131 m /430 f hill above the village. The original settlement with the name Kritinia was founded by the few families who escaped from Crete when it was taken by the Turks. Hence the name of the place – Kritinia means New Crete. Initially the village was on the coast but had to be moved to the hill because of the constant threat from the pirates. You will be able to visit the castle and take many amazing pictures from a height of 131 m/430
  • Embonas
Wineries near Embonas village are famous for producing the best wine in Greece. The village itself is incredible, being inland and relatively far from the big cities it is almost untouched and unspoiled by the tourism. Some inhabitants of the village still wear their traditional costumes and preserve local folklore. The houses are also brilliant examples of typical rural Greek architecture. All this looks like the decoration for a movie, but it is not, it is real! Enjoy wine, honey, olive oil tasting.
  • Lindos
Lindos is one of the most impressive archaeological sites not only in Greece but also in the world. It has traces of different civilizations. Ancient Greek, Roman, Byzantine traditions blend here with the Medieval heritage of knights of the Order of Saint John. You can visit Lindos Acropolis and explore cozy Lindos village (Acropolis Admission Ticket optional)
  • Epta Piges
To fall in love with Rhodes once and forever you must visit this absolutely charming place - the Seven Springs or in Greek Epta Piges. It is only 27 km from the Town of Rhodes, but somehow you feel there far from loud civilization. Surrounded by tall pine trees of the Seven Springs with their cool, transparent water attract not only people tired from the hot weather and unpredictable stock exchange market but also local ducks and peacocks. From magical Seven Springs stroll dawn to the beautiful man-made lake. An artist who was long asleep inside you will be inevitably waken up by the picturesque landscapes around. To complete the experience, you may swim in refreshing crystalline waters of the lake. If you feel ready for the adventure, instead of taking a walking path to the lake, you can go through a 186 m long tunnel brings water from the Seven Springs to the lake. It was built in 1931 by the Italians.
  • Old Town of Rhodes Enjoy some free time exploring the medieval town of Rhodes, that belongs to the World Heritage and is under protection of UNESCO. We travelled to Rhodes by air, not by the cruise ship. Ordinarily, we travel very independently, but telling you honestly, we didn’t expect Rhodes to be that big, no not by our metropolis standards, but big enough comparing to Santorini or Kos that we visited previously. That’s why we realized that need a guide. Good decision. First, we found several nice tours, but we had our own wish-list to see and do in Rhodes. We decided to email numerous Viator suppliers with that list. The responses were rapid, but every single tour company except Travelica gave us a negative answer, like: «Sorry, we can’t do that. Here is the tour we will provide, here is its itinerary." Amazingly, Dimitra gave us unexpected positive answer: «We will happily arrange any tour you wish. There is no limit for your Greek trip fantasy!" And they really did! We had all the visits we requested. Dimitra worked with our itinerary, always mindful that we were the customers and she wanted to satisfy us. Our guide Georgos was nothing but the best ever. Courteous, personable, knowledgeable, engaging, prompt. name any good quality, and he had it! By the end of that day, we felt like Georgos and Dimitra were part of our family. It was a wonderful, interesting trip and a true learning experience. We will definitely return to Rhodes, but we would be devastated if we couldn't work with that team again

We spent a beautiful week in Rhodes, Greece and decided to book a full day guided tour of the island. Dimitra, our personal, very professional and extremely knowledgeable guide took us to all the most beautiful and interesting places in Rhodes. She told us much about its history and culture. If we were ever to return to Rhodes we would most assuredly use her services again. Our experience with her has made it the trip of a lifetime.
