  • Tsambika Monastery (Pass By)
Panagia Tsambika (Virgin Mary Tsambika) is now visited by thousands and thousands of couples from all around the world each year (both Greek and non-Greek) who have struggled to conceive or who wish to have their baby or child blessed for one reason or another.
  • Lindos Village
Lindos is one of the most impressive archaeological sites not only in Greece but also in the world. It has traces of different civilizations. Ancient Greek, Roman, Byzantine traditions blend here with the Medieval heritage of knights of the Order of Saint John. The visit to Lindos is like time travel via centuries and civilizations! If you go there, you will be delighted not only by the history but also by divine beauty. Take your time strolling lovely narrow streets of the village abundantly decorated with flowers, fruit trees, oriental tiles and small fountains. You will be impressed by incredible view of the harbours. The Acropolis of Lindos is on top of 116m cliff. For the Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Knights of St John and Turks it was a wonderful strategic position. You can walk up the stairs and visit it or explore the village and its cosy bays
  • Kalathos
Visit the traditional Greek ceramic factory and see how a piece of clay turns into a piece of art. First the father and the son make pottery, then the mother paints it. The family of hard working owners will invite you into their store to present a great variety of olive oil and honey of their own production. Enjoy free tasting of the best local products.
  • Epta Piges
To fall in love with Rhodes once and forever you should visit this charming place - the Seven Springs or in Greek Epta Piges. It is only 27 km from the Town of Rhodes, but somehow you feel there far from loud civilization. Surrounded by tall pine trees  of  the Seven Springs with their cool, transparent water attract not only people tired from the hot weather and unpredictable stock exchange market but also local ducks and peacocks. From magical Seven Springs stroll dawn to the beautiful man-made lake. An artist who was long asleep inside you will be inevitably waken up by the picturesque landscapes around. If you feel like you're ready for an adventure, instead of taking the walking path to the lake, you can go through a tunnel. 186 m long tunnel brings water from the Seven Springs to the lake and then to the waterfall built by the Italians in 1931.
  • Estate Anastasia

We joined 2 other couples from our ship for this 1 day tour of Rhodes, that was recommended by one of my co-worked who had visited Rhodes in May 2022. It was an excellent choice, as we saw the most interesting sights of the beautiful Rhodes island. Our group size was 15 people in a comfortable bus. Our driver Kiriazis was very professional, ensuring our comfort and our safety. Our guide Angeliki was very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced in saving our tour time avoiding crowds and willing to please us in every way. All in all we saw much and saved $$ vs cruise ship tour. We were brought back to the ship 1 hour in advance its departure. We do not hesitate to recommend this tour to all those who appreciate good service, reasonable price and delicious wines not at the tourist shop but real Greek winery surrounded by the big vineyard.

Very enjoyable trip. Diane gave us lots of fascinating information as we travelled. Comfortable mini
bus, small group. Lindos, Seven Springs and Wine Tasting made it a varied experience and no
waiting about or long journeys.
A fantastic day out visiting the island of Rhodes! From the moment we were picked up from our hotel to the final destination in Rhodes old town, we had a great insight into the history of Rhodes. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide (Diane) who was very knowledgable and kept us amused and engaged throughout the day!

If I was to be picky, the only negative is that we would have liked longer in Lindos as the 2 hours allocated didn’t feel long enough and with it being a tourist hotspot, this doesn’t give you long enough to visit the area and climb the Acropolis.

The turkey sandwich, banana and bottle of water provided was a nice touch ahead of the wine tasting part of the tour!

Loved this tour. A great day filled with lots of varied experiences - some history, some local craftsmanship, some nature and good food and wine. It was the highlight of our trip to Rhodes. However, don’t go on this tour if you don’t like tours! (as some of the negative comments may suggest)

We highly recommend exploring Rhodes with a local private operator. The island was bigger and more beautiful and interesting than we expected. As for finances, we paid half price of the tour with our ship, but we saw twice more than they did, saying nothing of lunch and wine tasting. Our guide Ioanna knew how to avoid crowds and our driver Vasilis always found the best spot in the shade to park .There were only 17 members in our group, so much better than those large tour groups booked with the cruise line. Ioanna even was able to make a last minute change for us as we decided to explore the old town. She was very knowledgeable, we asked her hundreds of silly questions, but she was patient to answer each one of them. I wish we had used their services in Athens too, but I was concerned regarding return to the ship on time and booked with the ship, that was a big mistake of mine. I'm sure we could have seen a lot more if booked with a private local operator as we luckily did in Rhodes

Size of group:

Small: Number of tourists in Small Shore Excursions and Tours varies from 2 to 17 people. In comparison with large excursions offered by the cruise lines, this type of group tours provides better attention to your personal needs and interests.
Standard: Standard Shore Excursions and Tours usually vary from 17 to 50 people, nevertheless our absolute priority – quality of the tour – remains untouched, which differs us from the large cruise lines.
Private: Private Shore Excursions and Tours give you the chance to enjoy a customized tour designed especially for you and your friends. Quite often, if your party consists of 4 guests or more, the price of the tour can be less than the one offered by the large cruise lines.

Level of activity:

Easy: You should expect only enjoyable easy walking without required climbing, jumping or running. Nevertheless, you may need to make a few steps.
Moderate: You should be prepared for a fair amount of walking with going up and down the steps. Sometimes you will need to deal with uneven surfaces like medieval cobblestones.
Intensive: You should be ready for a large amount of walking and/or climbing. We expect you not to be afraid of unpaved and uneven surfaces. Booking this type of tour, be ready for an adventure!
